Roasted Cauliflower

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Break up cauliflower into small florets.

  2. Coat with olive oil and pepper

  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 30+ minutes

  4. Pick a dipping sauce, buffalo was used for a little spice!

ALTERNATIVE RECIPE:

7 cups of cauliflower florets, cut into bite sized pieces

3 to 4 tbsp olive oil

1 cup of Italian bread crumbs

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Mix all of the ingredients and place on a baking sheet!

Bake at 425 degrees for 30+ minutes
