Keith Jackson - Founder
Keith grew up in Colorado loving mountain recreation including backpacking, whitewater sports, snowboarding, and mountain biking. Knowing how to maximize performance from training was always fascinating to him as a track and field athlete and led him to pursue a B.S. degree in Kinesiology. As a top trainer and coach in California and Colorado Keith has been a leader in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Keith feels so lucky to be able to offer a complete fitness solution that empowers people to maximize their life and lifestyle! Learn more about Kineo's story here.
Nicole Jackson - Founder
As a true people person and animal lover, Nicole makes members feel instantly welcome and part of the family. She is an excellent motivator and always has people pushing themselves while having fun in class! She has an attention for detail and has an easy time adapting exercise to everyone's needs. When not at Kineo she keeps busy managing her three kids and her four furry friends. Nicole enjoys camping, spending time with her family, and hiking with her new puppy and Kineo mascot, Walter.
A Colorado native, Lisa grew up playing many different sports including lacrosse, basketball, and softball, among others. Along with sports, she has spent most of her life skiing, rafting and hiking, she now shares those passions with her three young boys. Currently, Lisa plays hockey, enjoys paddle boarding and is always looking forward to her next trip to the mountains, while also liking crafts and live music with friends. After working in the health and wellness field with Chiropractors’ for over six years, Lisa decided to return to school to follow her passion for exercise. She recently obtained her Associates Degree of Occupational Studies in Personal Training along with a Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification, Fitness Nutrition Certification, and she is a Certified Personal Trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine. Lisa’s main goal is to help as many people as possible live a higher quality of life.
Katrina Van Tassell
Katrina is originally from Edmonds WA and was introduced to movement at a young age. She grew up playing competitive soccer, running track, and participating in triathlons as she got older. During college, Katrina became a certified group fitness instructor and since has been trained in Pilates, TRX, and other fitness classes. She became a 200 hr registered yoga teacher after college and went on to teach yoga & fitness classes full time in San Diego. There, she studied under teachers known for their focus on alignment & functional movement. Now, Katrina is teaching at Kineo Fit & Yoga Mountain Shadows, as well as leading international yoga retreats and working to become a certified health coach. Katrina hopes to inspire people have a vibrant, healthy lifestyle.
Dacia grew up in the flatlands of Nebraska being constantly sent outside to burn off energy and create her own adventures. Now when she's not in the gym you can find Dacia hiking, biking, doing yoga or exploring local shops. A certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Dacia earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Chadron State College in Nebraska. Her favorite part of training is always the same - witnessing and sharing the empowerment found through exercise. Dacia strongly beliefs your fitness goals should complement and improve your quality of life and feels lucky to serve as a resource to such.
