At an early age, Nate always enjoyed the outdoors and playing a variety of sports. To stay active and maintain his love of being outside, his interests consisted of rock climbing, hiking, kayaking, and snowboarding. As this passion developed, he pursued the path of health and fitness, where he recently obtained a degree in Exercise Science at Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan. As a personal trainer, Nate likes to take a fun and educational approach to each workout session. His aim is to equip you with the skills, but more importantly the knowledge, of the essential steps to reach your specific health goals.
A Colorado native, Lisa grew up playing many different sports including lacrosse, basketball, and softball, among others. Along with sports, she has spent most of her life skiing, rafting and hiking, she now shares those passions with her three young boys. Currently, Lisa plays hockey, enjoys paddle boarding and is always looking forward to her next trip to the mountains, while also liking crafts and live music with friends. After working in the health and wellness field with Chiropractors’ for over six years, Lisa decided to return to school to follow her passion for exercise. She recently obtained her Associates Degree of Occupational Studies in Personal Training along with a Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification, Fitness Nutrition Certification, and she is a Certified Personal Trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine. Lisa’s main goal is to help as many people as possible live a higher quality of life.
As a Colorado native, Natasha grew up in a very active lifestyle. From a multitude of sports and hitting the mountains, she always loved pushing herself and her athletic abilities. Eventually, the passion for volleyball took priority and she pursued this dream all the way to the next level. Her blood, sweat, and tears paid off as she committed to play at the collegiate level. Natasha just recently completed her eligibility for the University of Colorado Colorado Spring’s volleyball program, even setting a school record in career digs! She still loves being part of the game and helping foster young athletes, as she has been coaching club volleyball for 4 years now. In addition to helping individual's reach their goals in this realm, she wanted to pursue personal training. At Kineo Fit, Natasha wants to provide the motivation and guidance to an individual’s workout regime but also incorporate the fun, energetic environment! In her future, Natasha aims to acquire her Master’s in Sports Psychology, emphasizing the mental aspect in reaching one’s goals and maintaining focus.
Olivia grew up in Oklahoma participating in a variety of sports including competitive horseback riding, crew, volleyball, track, and obstacle races. After moving to Colorado for college, she began skiing and snowboarding, leading backcountry backpacking trips, and cycling. Olivia recently graduated from Colorado College with a major in Organismal Biology and Ecology and a minor in Biochemistry. Having been interested in biology, kinesiology, and maintaining an active and fun lifestyle, she turned to personal training! She received her Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Olivia’s favorite part of training is helping people stay active and engaged on a regular basis in order to improve overall quality of life!
Keith Jackson - Founder
Keith grew up in Colorado loving mountain recreation including backpacking, whitewater sports, snowboarding, and mountain biking. Knowing how to maximize performance from training was always fascinating to him as a track and field athlete and led him to pursue a B.S. degree in Kinesiology. As a top trainer and coach in California and Colorado Keith has been a leader in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Nicole Jackson - Founder
As a true people person and animal lover, Nicole makes members feel instantly welcome and part of the family. She is an excellent motivator and always has people pushing themselves while having fun in class! She has an attention for detail and has an easy time adapting exercise to everyone's needs. When not at Kineo she keeps busy managing her three kids and her four furry friends. Nicole enjoys camping, spending time with her family, and hiking with her new puppy and Kineo mascot, Walter.
Having grown up swimming, playing hockey, rugby, and soccer, Michelle developed a love for physical training and sports. Her hard work earned her the Hope Scholarship at the University of Georgia, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sports Science. Michelle worked as a Personal Trainer at UGA until deciding to pursue a Masters of Occupational Therapy from the University of South Dakota. Michelle’s favorite part of training is being around fantastic people, and seeing people improve their lives and by getting and staying healthy. Michelle can be found hanging out with her friends, skiing in the winter or out for a run, usually followed by a happy hour.
