Keith Jackson - Founder

Keith grew up in Colorado loving mountain recreation including backpacking, whitewater sports, snowboarding, and mountain biking. Knowing how to maximize performance from training was always fascinating to him as a track and field athlete and led him to pursue a B.S. degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton. As a top trainer and coach in California and Colorado Keith has been a leader in the fitness industry for over 25 years. Keith feels so lucky to be able to offer a complete fitness solution that empowers people to maximize their life and lifestyle!

Cole Pappas

Cole is a Colorado transplant who has called Colorado Springs his home since 2011. Since coming to Colorado, he has put thousands of hours into his training as a state champion track athlete in high school and his training in power lifting and bodybuilding. He is enthusiastic about helping others develop their own passion for fitness while maximizing their Colorado lifestyles. Cole is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has his B.S. in Exercise Science from UCCS. He also is a certified Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) specialist and provides treatment to our members at Kineo Fit. He has a particular interest in rehabilitative exercise that stems from his own experiences making mistakes of over-training and sustaining injuries outside of the gym. Cole carries the same mentality of self-improvement and pushing the extent of his ability in activities including snowboarding, hiking, drawing, studying and competitive video gaming. Cole has been with us since 2020.

Anne Manning

Anne was born and raised in Nebraska. She played basketball and softball at the University of Nebraska-Kearney and moved to Colorado Springs right out of college. After coaching college basketball and backpacking through New Zealand for 9 months she realized she had a passion for helping others and decided to pursue fitness full time. Anne has been an Area Fitness manager, coached over 6000 group exercise classes and personal trained over 5000 sessions. She believes that fitness should be fun, accessible and that there are options for everyone to move at their own pace. Anne enjoys spending time traveling, hiking, running and reading. You may catch Anne walking around Old Colorado City with her girlfriend Caroline and their three dogs Simba, Fitch and B.

Michelle Frazee

Michelle is a Colorado transplant who has embraced all that Colorado has to offer. She is an avid skier,mountain biker, hiker and loves camping. Michelle grew up in Canada playing a variety of sports; most notably hockey and rugby. Michelle has been a personal trainer since getting her B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Georgia. She went on to earn her Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. After working as an OT for over a decade, she returned to the fitness industry. Michelle is passionate about staying active and healthy throughout one’s lifespan; as well as through any injuries, diagnosis or body limitations. Michelle and her husband Bobby have 2 kids who also participate in the Colorado lifestyle. Michelle has been with us since 2015.

Zach Dust

Originally from Gurnee, IL (Six Flags area) Zach now works remotely as a cardiopulmonary rehab physiologist. When not working, Zach spends his time Rock Climbing, Snowboarding/ Snow-skiing and Fly fishing.  Zach decided to become a trainer to help people realize the benefits of exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. Zach believes providing workouts is easy but making people move, feel, and function better is an art. Zach was a physical therapy aide for three years and loves to incorporate PT exercises into training programs. What motivates Zach to train at Kineo Fit is being able to work on the prevention side of living a healthy lifestyle. Zach is a true believer that a program with Cardio and strength training is the ultimate combo!
