Power Smoothie

1 Quart -- 430 calories

 

INGREDIENTS--

Spinach -- 2 cups - 14 calories

Mixed berries -- 1 cup - 70 calories 

Pomegranate Juice -- 1/2 cup - 75 calories

Unsweetened Greek Yogurt -- 1/2 cup - 95 calories

Avocado Oil -- 1 Tablespoon - 130 calories

Water -- 1-2 cups 

**Optional: 5-10 grams of protein -- 45 calories

TIPS--

1. Make a week's worth all in one day!

2. Put in mason jars (DO NOT FILL ALL THE WAY, LEAVE AN INCH OR TWO FOR IT TO EXPAND)

3. Place in the freezer

4. Morning of, take smoothie out of the fridge and replace with a new one from the freezer -- It will be perfectly thawed

5. If buying spinach in bulk, you can put it in the freezer too
