Post Kineo Weekend Breakfast


2 Eggs

1 Tablespoon Avocado or Olive Oil

1 Cup Kale

1/2 Avocado

Everything But The Bagel Seasoning (Trader Joes)

2 Scoops protein powder

1/2 Cup ice

1 Banana

1 Cup Coconut or Almond Milk



  1. Scramble two eggs or prepare them how you like.

  2. While eggs are cooking, warm oil in a pan. Add the kale and still around until coated in oil - bring to medium heat. Add 1/2 cup of water to the pan and cover for 8 minutes. Drain the leftover water in the pan.

  3. Cut half an avocado.

  4. Mix together or keep separate! Season with everything but the bagel seasoning (this stuff is amazing and a pantry staple!)


  1. Blend all the ingredients and serve!
